Waterford Youth Arts are delighted to welcome to Waterford this week European project #MoveYourLimits partners from Norway, Italy and Poland.
Theatre practitioners from Stella Polaris Life Theatre, Sandefjord NORWAY and TolfArte, Commune di Tolfa, ROMA and Teatr Brama, Poland all converged on Waterford City to join participants from Waterford Youth Arts in a week long training event in the city centre.
His Worship Mayor of Waterford Cllr. Joe Kelly took the opportunity to welcome the European visitors to our City, extending a warm welcome to Waterford City and offering his well wishes to the trainers and the participants as they prepare to share some of their work in progress as part of Imagine Arts Festival this Friday 22nd October at Central Hall at 8 pm.
MOVE YOUR LIMITS is a four country European theatre training project supported by ERASMUS+ National Agency in Norway. In August, Teatr Brama hosted the Move Your Limits participants in Poland. Waterford Youth Arts renews strong working links with Stella Polaris from Norway with whom they worked with in 2018.
We are excited to see what will become of this collaboration at the showcase this Friday, October 22nd Central Hall at 8 pm.
