develop a positive and resilient mind-set to conquer the challenges we as businesswomen encounter
Earlier this year Network Ireland hosted a major event at Thomond Park, the home of Munster Rugby to celebrate International Women’s Day. The event celebrated women in business and also focused on the importance of building resilience. Hundreds of women from around Ireland attended the conference, from budding entrepreneurs, SME owners, professionals and leaders in indigenous and multinational organisations to non-profits, charities, arts and the public sector.
President of Network Ireland, Helen Wycherley said: “This year I want to encourage women to ‘Step-Up’ and also on #BuildingResilience – for ourselves and our businesses. It is important to develop a positive and resilient mind-set to conquer the challenges we as businesswomen encounter. Our awards are a fantastic, inspiring, fun way to celebrate the successes of the women in our organisation and they are also a great way for our members to learn and connect with other women in business.”
