Playing songs that shook off another hard day’s graft, The
Navvies celebrate the Irish working man’s life and times, with
ballads about loved ones back home, about the search for a
better life, and about the country that they loved so well.

With Daniel, Paul, Barry and Patrick – aka The Navvies –
recognising all the greats of Irish traditional music – from
Brendan Behan to Ronnie Drew, from The Chieftains to The
Pogues – there’s no better way to wrap up your Paddy’s Day than
gathering around and singing along to the songs that roused a
nation, again and again…
