Residents of the county are being asked to have their say on the future of the N11 but we at the Wicklow Voice suspect we already know the answer: get rid of the traffic jams.
Wicklow County Council, along with Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, has started the process of improving the N11/M11 from Junction 4 to Junction 14 and a Public Consultation event will be held in the Glenview Hotel, Glen of the Downs, on November 12 from noon until 8pm.

A 2017 study of the route from Ashford to the M50 M11 junction found road users were experiencing “significant queuing and delay during the peak periods” due to high volumes of traffic.
