RTE’S Marty Morrissey was at Walsh Park for the launch of the Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps programme for 2019. He was joined by county stars of hurling, camogie and football.
There will be 43 camps running across eight weeks throughout Waterford. Recruitment for coaches has already begun and it is expected that more than 60 coaches will be employed for the summer which will contribute over €150000 to the local economy. All coaches at Cúl Camps are GAA Garda vetted.
Kelloggs GAA Cúl Camps aren’t just for club members – anyone can get involved and learn to play GAA and have great fun along the way.
Kids can make friends for life and get a free GAA jersey, training top and backpack.
Numbers are already up on this time last year.
If you book your place by June 1 you will get your kit before the school holidays.
